The Franklin County Veteran’s Memorial Hall has been hosting shows, athletic competitions, concerts, and more since 1955.
The Wyandotte Building was built in 1898. It was the first steel-framed skyscraper in Columbus.
The first Union Station was built in 1851 at the corner of High and Nationwide. It quickly became inadequate, and by 1870 plans for a second Union Station were underway.
NFL Headquarters used to be right here in Columbus. From 1927 to 1939, Joe Carr ran the budding organization from an office on the 11th floor of a downtown building.
The Holy Family Church was established in 1877. It runs a soup kitchen that serves over 700 meals daily.
