Doo Dah Parade
The satirical Columbus Doo Dah parade has been tradition since 1983. Participants march from Goodale Park to the Short North Tavern as they celebrate liberty and lunacy each year on the Fourth of July. Notable appearances always include the marching Fidels and the King and Queen of Doo Dah.
Ohio Statehouse
Home to our state government, the Ohio Statehouse is located at 1 Capitol Square in Downtown Columbus.
Columbus Museum of Art
Formed in 1878, the Columbus Museum of Art was the first art museum in the state of Ohio. The original building was replaced in 1931, and this new building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.
Governor’s Mansion
The Old Governor’s mansion was built in 1904. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1972.
Chittenden Hotel
