South Campus Gateway Transforms Area

The City of Columbus, Ohio State and an organization called Campus Partners began to revitalize the South Campus area on High Street. In an area that some considered unsafe and rowdy, the partnership created housing, restaurants and businesses that were meant to change and evolve the landscape of the campus area. Planning began in 1997, and by 2007, most of the South Campus Gateway was complete.
